
What is a Tactic?
Tactinal can be used to relieve minor pain from conditions like colds, flu, headaches, muscle aches, and arthritis. Tactical can be used in other ways not mentioned in this guide.
Side effects of Tactical
If you experience any of the following symptoms of an allergic reaction, seek immediate medical attention: hives, difficulty breathing, swelling of the face, lips, or tongue, or throat swelling.
Tactinals can cause severe skin reactions that are fatal in rare cases. This is true even if the medicine was taken previously without any reaction. If you notice skin redness, a rash, or blisters that are peeling off and spreading, stop taking Tactinal immediately and contact your doctor.
If you notice any signs of liver disease, stop taking Tactinal immediately and contact your doctor.
- Stomach pain (upper right corner);
- Loss of appetite
- Tiredness, itching;
- Dark urine and clay-coloured stool
- Jaundice

Warnings
An overdose can cause liver damage or death. If you experience upper stomach pains, loss of appetite, or dark urine, or if your skin or eyes are yellow, call your doctor immediately. If you experience skin redness, blistering, or swelling, stop taking the medicine and seek medical attention.
Prior to using this drug
Tactinal should not be taken if one is allergic to this medication or if other medicines that contain the medicine are being taken. If you have ever suffered from liver cirrhosis or you consume alcohol regularly, ask your doctor or pharmacist whether Tactinal can be used safely. If you are pregnant or nursing, consult your doctor before taking this medication.
How to take Tactical?
Conform to the instructions listed on your label or as prescribed by your physician. A toxic overdose can damage your liver or cause death.
- Adults and adolescents over 12 years of age: Do not exceed 1000 milligrammes per dose or 4000 mg within 24 hours.
- Children under 12 years of age: Do not exceed 5 doses in 24 hours.
Tactical extra strength should not be given to children younger than 12 without consulting a doctor. The dose for a child is determined by their age and weight. Follow the instructions for use carefully. Before giving this medicine to children younger than two years, consult a doctor. Tactinal for babies comes with a medicine dropper or an oral syringe. Overdosing can occur if you use the wrong measuring device. Only use the dosing device that is provided to measure a baby's dose.
Tactinal is available in a variety of forms, including capsules, liquids, disintegrating or chewable tablets, or powders and granules that dissolve. Please read and follow the instructions for use that come with your medicine. If you need assistance, ask your doctor or pharmacist.
If you notice:
- After two days, you still have a swollen throat.
- You still have a high temperature after using the product for 3 days.
- You still feel pain after using the product for 7 days (or 5 days if you are treating a child);
- You have a persistent headache, nausea or vomiting, or a reddening or swelling of the skin.

Tactinals can cause false readings on certain glucose meters. Ask your doctor how to best monitor your blood glucose levels if you have diabetes. Store away from heat, moisture, and heat at room temperature.
What happens if I miss the dose?
Tactics are used as needed. You should skip missed doses if you have a regular dosing regimen. Never use two doses in one go.
What happens if I overdose?
Call 1-800-222-1222 for poison help. Overdoses can be deadly. Vomiting, stomach pain, and yellowing skin or eyes are all symptoms of an overdose.
What should be avoided?
Tactinal is not compatible with other medications. Avoid alcohol consumption.
Interaction with other drug
Tactinal may be affected by other drugs, such as prescription and over-the-counter medicines, vitamins, and herbal products. Inform your doctor of all the other medications you take.
