What is the Stiolto respimat 10 act?

Stiolto respimat the combination medicine act 10 is used to reduce flare-ups and prevent airflow obstruction in adults with copd, including bronchitis or emphysema.

Stiolto respimat 10 act should only be used by people with copd. It is not for treating asthma. This medication guide does not list all possible uses of stiolto respimat 10 act.

Side effects of Stiolto respimat 10 act

If you experience any of the following symptoms of an allergic reaction, seek immediate medical attention: hives, difficulty breathing, swelling of your lips, face, tongue, or throat.

Stiolto respimat 10 act may cause serious adverse side effects. If you experience:

  • If you feel your heart pounding or fluttering, then it is time to seek medical attention.

  • Urinating more frequently or with difficulty or pain

Warnings

This medicine should not be used if you have an allergy to tiotropium or ipratropium. Stiolto respimat 10 act does not work as a rescue medication. It won't work fast enough to stop a bronchospasm. Seek medical help if you have breathing problems that do not improve or if they worsen quickly.

Before you take this drug

Stiolto respimat 10 act should not be used if you have an allergy to olodaterol or tiotropium.

Inform your physician of any of the following issues:

  • Heart disease, high blood pressure
  • Seizures;
  • A thyroid disorder
  • Diabetes;
  • Glaucoma;
  • Kidney disease
  • Urination or prostate problems

This medicine is not known to harm a baby in utero. Inform your physician immediately if you are pregnant or planning on becoming pregnant.

Breastfeeding may not be possible while taking this medication. You should ask your doctor if there are any risks. Anyone younger than 18 is not allowed to use the stiolto respimat 10 act.

How to take Stiolto respimat 10 act?

Read all instructions on the label of your medication and follow all directions. Follow the directions on the label. Stiolto respimat 10 is not an emergency medicine to treat bronchospasm. Only use fast-acting inhalation medicines for attacks. If your breathing problems worsen quickly or you feel that your medication is not working, seek medical attention.

You may not receive the correct dosage if you do not use the inhaler that comes with your medication. Each time your prescription is refilled, use a new inhaler. You should not stop taking your medication or change the dose without consulting your doctor.

Interaction with other drug

Tell your doctor if you are taking any other medications, including:

  • Atropine;
  • Medicine to treat mental illnesses, such as depression, anxiety disorders, mood disorders, or depression;
  • Cold or allergy medication (benadryl and others);
  • Medicine to treat parkinson’s disease
  • Treat stomach issues, motion sickness and irritable bowel syndrome with medicine that works quickly.
  • Medicine to treat overactive urinary bladders
