What is Soothe night time?

Soothe nighttime is used by adults to relieve irritation, burning, and discomfort due to dry eyes. This medication guide does not list all possible uses for soothe night time.

Side effects of Soothe night time

If you experience any of the following signs and symptoms of an allergic reaction: difficulty breathing, hives, swelling of face, lips or throat and difficulty swallowing (which could include difficulty with oxygen). Seek medical assistance immediately!

If you experience:

  • After using the medication, you may experience severe eye irritation, burning, stinging, or burning.
  • Eye pain
  • Vision changes

Soothe night time can cause the following side effects:

  • Mild eye irritation or burning;
  • Itching or redness in your eyes
  • Watery eyes
  • Blurred vision
  • Light sensitivity

Before you take this drug

If you have an allergy to the product, do not use it. This medication will not prevent or treat an eye infection. If you suspect that you may have an infection, ask your doctor or pharmacist whether it's safe to use soothe night time. Inform your doctor immediately if you are pregnant or nursing.

How to take Soothe night time?

Read all instructions or guides that come with your medication and follow all directions. Follow the directions on the label. Before using soothe night time, wash your hands. Call your pharmacist immediately if your medication has become cloudy or changed color, as this could indicate it has gone bad.

Avoid touching or placing the tip directly on your eye, since contact with any contamination on the tip could result in severe vision problems. If your symptoms don't improve or worsen while using soothe night time, call your doctor. Store away from heat and moisture at room temperature.

What happens if i miss the dose?

When needed, soothe night time can be used. You can skip missed doses if you follow a schedule. Never use two doses in one go.

What happens if i overdose?

Overdoses of ocular moisturizer are not dangerous. If anyone accidentally swallows the medication, call 1-800-222-1222 or the poison help line for immediate medical attention.

What should be avoided?

You may experience blurred vision after taking soothe night time. Do not drive or undertake any hazardous activities until you know how the medicine will impact you. You should only use eye drops prescribed by your doctor.

Interaction with other drug

Other medications you take are unlikely to interact with the medication used on your eyes; however, many drugs interact. Be sure to inform your physician of all of the medications, over-the-counter drugs, and herbal supplements you take - including over-the-counter remedies and herbal supplements.
