Rash Relief An antifungal combination medicine is used to treat infections caused by fungus.This ointment is for treating diaper rash that has been diagnosed by a doctor. Rash relief Antifungal ointment should only be used for diaper rash diagnosed by a physician.Sprays are used to treat skin infections caused by fungi, including athlete's feet (tinea pedis), jock itch (tinea cruris), and ringworms (tinea corporis). Rash Relief Antifungal Spray is suitable for adults and children over 2 years of age.Rash Relief antifungal should not prevent diaper rash for children or adults who are incontinent.Rash Relief Antifungal can be used in other ways not mentioned in this guide.

Side effects of Rash Relief Antifungal

If you experience any of the following signs of an allergic reaction: hives, difficulty breathing and swelling of lips, face, tongue or throat. Seek medical assistance immediately.

Rash Relief Antifungal may cause serious side effects. Rash Relief Antifungal should be stopped immediately, and you should consult your doctor if:

  • Symptoms of irritation include redness or severe discomfort.

Before you take this drug

Rash Relief Antifungals should not be used if you have an allergy to miconazole or zinc.Use the ointment version of this medication on children younger than 4 weeks.Before using topical sprays on children younger than 2 years old, consult a doctor.

Inform your physician of any of the following issues:

  • A weak immune system can be caused by a disease or certain medications.

Consult your doctor before taking this medication if you're pregnant or breastfeeding.

How to take Rash Relief Antifungal?

Adhere to the instructions listed on your label or as prescribed by your healthcare provider.You may be tested by your doctor to determine if you are suffering from an infection that the medicine is effective at treating.Please read and follow all instructions for use that come with your medication. If you don't understand the instructions, ask your doctor or pharmacist.Before applying the medicine, clean and dry any affected areas. Use a mild soap.Each time you change your diaper, apply the ointment. This medicine is not effective without frequent diaper changes.As soon as your child's cloth diapers become wet or dirty, change them. Keep the diaper area dry and clean.Do not use Rash Relief Antifungal as a preventative for diaper rash. You may increase the risk of your child developing an infection that is resistant. This medicine is not intended to be used on a general diaper rash that does not have a yeast infection.Let the spray dry completely before dressing. No need to rub the medicine in.

Even if you feel better quickly, continue to take this medication for the entire prescribed time. You can get resistant to infections if you skip doses.This medicine should not be shared with anyone else, even if the other person has similar symptoms.If symptoms don't improve or worsen, stop using the medication and contact your doctor. Diaper rash will start to fade within a week. Jock itch and athletes' feet should be improved within two weeks. To get the best results, follow all directions for keeping the area dry and clean.Store away from heat and moisture at room temperature. When not in use, keep the tube or bottle tightly closed.

What happens if I miss the dose?

Rash Relief Antifungal ointment can be used every time you change your diaper, so it is unlikely that you will miss a dose.Use the spray as soon as possible if you have a regular schedule. If it's almost time to take your next dose, skip the missed dose. Never take two doses in one go.

What happens if I overdose?

A miconazole overdose and zinc oxide topical should not be considered dangerous. If anyone accidentally swallows the medication, call 1-800-222-1222 or seek emergency medical care.

What should be avoided?

Avoid wearing clothing that is tight or synthetic (such as nylon, polyester, or plastic pants), which prevents air from reaching the skin. When treating your feet, you should wear sandals or shoes with air circulation and clean cotton socks. Your feet should be as dry as you can.If Rash Relief Antifungal enters your eyes, rinse with water.Do not use perfumed or scented soaps or lotions on the diaper area.Do not get this medication into your mouth or vagina.

Interaction with other drug

Other drugs that you take are unlikely to affect the medicine applied to your skin. Many drugs interact with each other. Inform your healthcare provider about the medicines you take, including vitamins and herbal remedies.
