What is Pedi-Dri?
Nystatin can be described as an antifungal medicine. Nystatin helps prevent fungus growth on the skin.
The Pedi-Dri (for the face) can be used for treating skin problems due to yeast.
The Pedi-Dri product is not intended to treat vaginal yeast infections.
The Pedi-Dri drug can also be used for other purposes that aren't listed in this guide.
Side effects of Pedi-Dri
See a doctor immediately. If you notice any of the following symptoms, they are warning signs of an allergic reaction. an allergic reaction that causes hives, breathing problems, and swelling of your lips, face, or tongue.
Stop using Pedi Dri and call your doctor immediately in case you experience extreme pain, itching, rash, or other irritations where the medicine is sprayed.The less serious side effects could include minor itching and irritation.

Warnings

Make sure to take this medication for the entire prescribed duration. The symptoms might improve after the infection is fully cleared.Consult your physician if symptoms don't improve or if they get worse when you use Pedi-Dri.Don't take this medication with a different person, even if they suffer from similar symptoms as you do.
Before you take this drug
Do not use Pedi Dri if you've had an allergic reaction.FDA classification for pregnancy C It's not clear whether Pedi-Dri can affect a newborn baby. Inform your doctor if you are pregnant or plan to become pregnant while taking this drug.
It isn't known if Nystatin topical is absorbed into breast milk or if it can harm breastfeeding babies. Don't take this medication without consulting your physician when you breastfeed a baby.
How to take Pedi-Dri?
Follow the exact dosage as recommended by your physician. Don't use in greater quantities, in smaller amounts, or for a longer duration than what is recommended. Follow the instructions on the prescription label.

What happens If I miss a dose?
Utilize the dose you missed when you remember. Avoid any missed doses if you are close to the time of the next dose. Do not take extra medicine to replace the missed dose.

What should be avoided?
Beware of getting this medication into your mouth or eyes. If this happens, wash your mouth with water.
Do not wear tight-fitting garments made from synthetic materials (such as nylon), which don't permit air circulation. Wear loose cotton, as well as various other natural fibers, until the inflammation is gone.
Interaction with other drugs
It's unlikely that other substances you consume in pill form or orally will affect the topically applied Pedi-Dri. However, many medications can interfere with one another. Inform your doctor about any medications you are taking. This includes prescriptions, over-the-counter vitamins, and herbal remedies.
