Side effects of Liquid calcium with vitamin D

If you experience any of the following symptoms of an allergic reaction, seek immediate medical attention: difficulty breathing, hives, swelling of the face, lips, or throat.If you notice any of the following signs that your body has too much calcium, call your doctor immediately.

  • Nausea, vomiting, constipation;
  • Increased thirst or urination
  • Muscle weakness and bone pain
  • Feeling tired, confused, or lacking energy?

Some of the common side effects that liquid calcium with vitamin d can cause include:

  • Irregular heartbeat
  • Weakness, drowsiness, headache;
  • A metallic taste or feeling in your mouth, or a dry mouth
  • Muscle or bone pain

How to take Liquid calcium with vitamin D?

Do not exceed the recommended dosage or duration. Use the recommended dose and do not exceed it.You can check the label to determine if you should take your liquid calcium and vitamin D with or without food.Take the tablet along with a glass of water.Chew the chewable tablet before swallowing it.No longer chew or crush the extended-release tablets. Take it as a whole.Calcium and vitamin D are only two parts of an overall treatment programme that includes diet changes. Find out which foods contain vitamin D and calcium.As you change your diet, it is possible that the dosage of your supplement will need to be adjusted. You should follow your doctor's advice.Keep away from moisture and heat at room temperature.
