Side effects of GenTeal Tears Moderate

If you exhibit symptoms indicative of an allergic reaction, seek immediate medical assistance: difficulty breathing, hives or facial or throat swelling. If you experience any of the following symptoms, stop using GenTeal Tears Modest and contact your doctor.

  • After using the medication, you may experience severe eye irritation, burning, stinging, or burning.
  • Eye pain
  • Vision changes

Before you take this drug

If you have an allergy to GenTeal Tears, then do not use them. This medication will not prevent or treat an eye infection. If you suspect that you may have an infection, ask your doctor or pharmacist whether GenTeal Tears Modest is safe to use. Notify your doctor immediately if you become pregnant or nursing, informing him or her.

How to take GenTeal Tears Moderate?

Read all instructions or guides that come with your medication and follow all directions. Follow the directions on the label. GenTeal Tears Medium should be used with clean hands. GenTeal Tears Modest should not be used. Call your pharmacist immediately if you notice that the medicine has become cloudy or changed color. Avoid touching or placing directly onto your eye.The tip of the eye dropper or ointment tube can cause serious vision problems if it is contaminated. If your symptoms don't improve or worsen while using GenTeal Tears Medium, call your doctor. Store away from heat and moisture at room temperature.

What happens if I miss the dose?

GenTeal Tears Modest is used as needed. You can skip a missed dose if you follow a schedule. Never use two doses in one go.

What happens if I overdose?

Overdoses of eye moisturizer are not dangerous; should anyone accidentally swallow it, please call 1-800-222-1222 or the Poison Help Line immediately for medical help.

What should be avoided?

GenTeal Tears can cause blurred vision. Do not drive or do any hazardous activities until you have determined how the medicine will affect you. You should only use eye drops prescribed by your doctor.

Interaction with other drug

Other drugs you take will not negatively interact with eye medicine prescribed to you. Tell your doctor all the medications you are taking, including prescriptions, over-the-counter medicines, vitamins, and herbal products.
