What is Difil-G Forte?
Dyphylline Dyphylline is an effective lung bronchodilator. It relaxes muscles in the airways, which improves breathing. Guaifenesin is an expectorant. It can help ease congestion in the throat, chest, and throat, allowing you to cough out of your mouth.
Difil-G Forte is a mixed medicine that treats breathing and cough problems due to conditions like asthma bronchial, chronic bronchitis, or emphysema.
This is not an emergency medication that treats asthma or bronchitis, nor is it an effective treatment for emphysema. Difil-G Forte could also be used for other purposes that are not mentioned in this guide.
Side effects of Difil-G Forte
Contact a medical professional immediately. If you notice any of the following symptoms, they are warning signs of an allergic reaction: symptoms of hives: difficulty breathing or swelling of your lips, face, or tongue.
Difil-g forte could cause severe adverse effects. Contact your physician immediately if you suffer from:
- Beats of your heart or the sound of fluttering your chest
- Rapid breathing sensation of being short of breath;
- Seizure (convulsions); or
- Vomit or bloody vomit that looks similar to coffee grounds

Before you take this drug
You shouldn't take Difil-G Forte in the event that you are allergic to guaifenesin or dyphylline. This medication cannot be used to treat asthma attacks.
To ensure that Difil-G Forte is suitable for you, inform your physician if you are suffering from:
- Heart disease or an antecedent previous to an attack on the heart;
- Hypertension
- Kidney or liver disease
- Hyperactive thyroid

How to take Difil-G Forte?
Follow the instructions on the prescription label. Don't take this medication in greater or lesser quantities or for longer than the recommended time.
Measure the liquid dosage using an appropriate dose-measuring spoon or medicine cup. If you don't have a device for measuring doses, ask your pharmacist for one.
Take Difil-G Forte in conjunction with food if it causes upset in your stomach. Drink more fluids to ease congestion and smooth your throat when you are taking this medicine. Keep at room temperature, far from heat, humidity, and light.
What happens if I miss the dose?
Do the missed dose as quickly as you can remember. Avoid your missed dosage if it's close to the time of your next dose. Don't take any extra medication to make up for the missed dose.

Overdose symptoms can include anxiety, nausea, vomiting, severe thirst, ringing in the ears, sweating, experiencing hotness and sweatiness, a slow or irregular heart rate, and seizures (convulsions).
What should be avoided?
Consult a physician or pharmacist prior to using any cough or cold medication. Guaifenesin is found in a variety of combination medications. Combining certain medicines could result in excessive amounts of guaifenesin.
