Do not take it when you are expecting. Prior to use this drug

Usual Adult Dose for Hypertension:

Dosage for the first time: amlodipine 2.5 mg; perindopril 3.5 mg once daily orally
Maximum dosage: amlodipine 10 mg; perindopril 14 mg, taken orally, once per day.
Comments:
remain for 7 to 14 days between each titration step.

What happens if I miss the dose?
