Side effects of Pamine Forte
See a doctor immediately. Get medical attention immediately if you notice symptoms that indicate an allergic reaction, such as hives, difficulty breathing, or swelling of your lips, face, or tongue.
Pamine Forte could cause severe adverse effects. Stop taking Pamine Forte immediately and contact your doctor immediately in the event that you experience:
- Urination that is painful or difficult
- Minimal or no urination
- Beats of your heart, or the sound of fluttering your chest
- Severe diarrhea;
- Confusion, nervousness.
Common adverse consequences of Pamine Forte can include:
- Headache;
- Drowsiness, dizziness;
- Blurred vision
- Nausea, vomiting, constipation, and bloating;
- Lips dry, diminished sense of taste
- Reduced sweating less sweating
- Difficulty sleeping.

Do not use Pamine Forte in the event that you suffer from glaucoma, bladder obstruction, or any other urination issues, myasthenia gravis, severe constipation, an obstruction of the stomach, or obstruction of the bowel (including paralytic ileus or toxic megacolon).

How to take Pamine Forte?

What happens if I miss the dose?
Do not take the medicine for as long as you are able, but do not take any missed doses if it's nearing the time to take the next dose. Don't take two doses at once.

Some signs of overdose include changes in behavior and feeling restless muscles, weakness in the muscles, and the loss of movement throughout your body. Other symptoms include feeling faint or a slowing of breathing.
What should be avoided?
Beware of becoming dehydrated or overheated when exercising in hot temperatures. Pamine Forte can reduce sweating and make you more susceptible to a heart attack.
Pamine Forte can cause blurred vision or dizziness and could affect your ability to react. Avoid driving or engaging in hazardous activities until you understand the effects this medication will have on your vision.Consuming alcohol while taking this medication may cause unwanted side effects.
Interaction with other drugs
Pamine Forte reduces the digestion tract, making it more difficult for the body to take in other medications that you consume through your mouth. Talk to your doctor if one of your oral medicines doesn't seem to be working effectively while taking this medication.
Utilizing Pamine Forte along with other drugs that cause you to become drowsy could cause more harm. Consult your physician before taking opioids, sleeping pills, a muscle relaxer, or medication for anxiety as well as seizures.
Inform your doctor about any other medications you take, including:
- Atropine;
- Cold or allergy medicine that has an antihistamine (Benadryl and other brands);
- Medicines used to cure patients suffering from Parkinson's disease;
- Other medications for treating excessive stomach acid, stomach ulcers, motion sickness, or IBS;
- Bladder or urinary medicines—darifenacin, fesoterodine, oxybutynin, tolterodine, solifenacin;
