What is Lan-O-Soothe?

Lanolin can be found in the wool of sheep. This product has been manufactured using manufacturing processes that reduce allergens found in lanolin.Lan-O Skin Soothe is used to treat and prevent dry skin.Lan-O-Soothe can also be used to treat cracked and sore nipples that are caused by breastfeeding.Lan-O-Soothe can be used in other ways not mentioned in this guide.

Side effects of Lan-O-Soothe

Before you take this drug

If you have an allergy to Lan-O'Soothe, then it is best not to use this product.

If you suffer from:

  • The swelling is a redness or warmth.
  • Large areas of skin irritation
  • Allergies can be of any kind.

It is unlikely that Lan-O-Soothe will harm an unborn child. Consult your doctor if you're pregnant.Lan-O-Soothe can be applied to the nipple skin to treat breast-feeding-related conditions. This product will not harm a baby who is nursing. Only use as directed.

How to take Lan-O-Soothe?

Lan-O-Soothe comes in cream and ointment. Follow the directions on your label or those prescribed by your physician. Use the recommended dose and do not exceed it.Do not swallow. Lan-O-Soothe should only be used on the skin. Rinse with water if this product accidentally gets into your eyes, nose, or mouth.Apply a tiny amount of topical lanolin to the affected areas and gently rub it in.Lan-O'Soothe can be used to soothe sore nipples. Apply a small amount of the medicine after each feeding. This medicine does not have to be washed off before breastfeeding again.Before applying Lan-O'Soothe, clean the diaper area thoroughly and let it dry completely before applying the medication. As needed, apply at every diaper change.If you want to prevent or treat radiation therapy skin burning, ask your doctor which brand and when to use it.If your symptoms don't improve or worsen while you are using Lan-O-Soothe, call your doctor.Store away from heat and moisture at room temperature. When not in use, keep the tube or bottle tightly closed.

What happens if I miss the dose?

This product can be used whenever it is needed. There is no daily dosage schedule. If your condition doesn't improve after using Lano-Soothe, consult a doctor.
