How to take Ayr nasal sinus rinse kit refill?

Follow the instructions on the packaging or those prescribed by your physician.Follow the directions provided on the label of this product when giving it to children.Take only by nose. Use nasal products only for the nose.Ayr Sinus Kit Refill comes in different formats, such as sprays, gels, swabs, and powders that can be used to rinse the nose with water.Please read and follow all instructions for use that come with any product. If you don't understand the instructions, ask your pharmacist or doctor.It may be necessary to gently blow your nose prior to using this product.After using the spray, rinse it with warm water.When used upright, some nasal spray bottles deliver the product as a spray.
