What is Aspruzyo Sprinkle?

Aspruzyo Sprinkle is prescribed to adult patients to manage persistent angina (chest pain). This medicine is not suitable for use in the event of an acute (emergency) attack of angina.Aspruzyo Sprinkle can be used for other purposes not covered in this medication guide.

Side effects of Aspruzyo Sprinkle

Contact a medical professional immediately. Get medical attention immediately if you notice symptoms or warning signs of an allergic response, such as symptoms of hives, difficulty breathing, or swelling of your lips, face, and tongue.

Aspruzyo Sprinkle could result in serious side effects.Contact your physician immediately if you experience:

  • A feeling of lightheadedness;
  • Rapid or pounding heartbeats, a fluttering chest, shortness of breath, and a sudden dizziness (like you're about to pass out)
  • Kidney issues: swelling, less frequent urination, and feeling tired or exhausted.

Common adverse side effects of Aspruzyo Sprinkle can include:

  • Nausea, constipation;
  • Headache

Warnings

It is not recommended to consume Aspruzyo Sprinkle if you suffer from the condition of cirrhosis that affects the liver.Inform your doctor about the other medications you take. Certain medications shouldn't be taken in conjunction with Aspruzyo Sprinkle.

Prior to using this drug

It is best not to consume Aspruzyo Sprinkle if you're sensitive to the ingredient or suffer from any of the following:

  • The liver is cirrhosis.

Certain drugs shouldn't be taken together with Aspruzyo Sprinkle. Your treatment plan could change in the event that you are also using:

  • Clarithromycin;
  • Nefazodone;
  • John's wort;
  • Antifungal medicine: itraconazole, ketoconazole;
  • Hiv or aids treatment: infinavir, lopinavir/ritonavir, infinavir, ritonavir, and saquina;
  • Seizure medicine: carbamazepine, phenobarbital, phenytoin,
  • Tuberculosis medicine: rifabutin, rifampin, and rifapentine.

Contact your physician if you have ever suffered from:

  • The long qt disorder (in the case of you or a member of your family);
  • The liver condition
  • Kidney disease.

Consult a physician if you are breastfeeding or pregnant.

How do I take  Aspruzyo Sprinkle?

Follow all directions outlined on your prescription label and review all medication guides or instruction sheets that accompany medication you are prescribed. Your doctor may alter the dosage. Follow the medication precisely as directed.tablets of Aspruzyo in combination with food or not.Unwrap the packet, open the pack of ranolazine powder, and mix the medicine with a teaspoon of soft food, such as yogurt or applesauce. Take the mixture in a single swallow and do not crush or chew.Aspruzyo sprinkle granules can be administered via a feeding tube. Talk to your pharmacist or doctor for clarification if you are unsure of these directions.Take the tablet in one swallow, and don't crush, chew, or break it.Chronic angina is usually treated with an array of medications. Do not alter your dosage or schedule of dosing without a physician's guidance.Consult your physician if symptoms don't improve or if symptoms become worse.You might need medical tests to assess your kidney and heart functions.Keep it at room temperature, free of heat and moisture.

What happens if I miss the dose?

Do not miss the missed dose, and take your next dose at the normal time.Don't take two doses simultaneously.

What happens if I overdose?

Get medical attention in an emergency or contact the Poison Help Line toll-free at 1-800-222-1222.The symptoms of an overdose can include vomiting, nausea, vomiting, a feeling of tingling or numbness, lower blood pressure, dizziness, irregular heartbeats, difficulty speaking, hallucinations, double vision shakes that are not controlled, or fainting.

Avoid driving and other hazardous activities until you understand how Aspruzyo Sprinkle can affect your body. Your reaction could be affected.Beware of drinking alcohol. Consuming alcohol combined with Aspruzyo Sprinkle Granules could cause adverse negative effects.Grapefruit can interfere in some way with Aspruzyo Sprinkle and can cause adverse reactions. Beware of the use of grapefruit-related products.

Interaction with other drug

Inform your doctor about the medicines you are currently taking. Numerous drugs can impact Aspruzyo Sprinkle, including:

  • Or any other medication for treating any other heart-related disease;
  • An anti-microbial or antifungal medication;
  • Oral diabetes medicine;
  • Medication to stop the risk of organ donation rejection;
  • Medication to treat a mental illness
  • Medication to prevent or treat vomiting and nausea that are due to radiation or chemotherapy.
