What is Aristada?

Abilify Maintena and Abilify Asimtufii are utilised for the adult population to help treat schizophrenia as well as bipolar disorder.Aristada is used by adults to treat schizophrenia.Aristada Initio is used in conjunction with oral Aristada Initio to initiate or stop Aristada.Aristada Initio may also be used for reasons not mentioned in this guideline.

Side effects of Aristada

Consult your physician when this happens.

Aristada Initio may cause serious side effects. Contact your physician immediately. If you suffer from:

  • Uncontrolled muscle movements in your facial muscles (chewing lips, chewing, frowning, tongue movements, blinking, or eye movements);
  • Sensation of being unusually hot or unusually cold;
  • Trouble swallowing
  • A seizure;
  • Feeling like you could (even when lying down);
  • Extreme nervous system reaction, very rigid (rigid) muscles and excessive temperature, sweating in confusion, fast or irregular heartbeats, tremors, and a feeling that you could faint;
  • Low blood cell counts, fever chills, tiredness, oral sores, and skin rashes; bleeding that is not normal; pale skin; cold feet and hands; and feeling lightheaded or exhausted.
  • Symptoms of fever, colds, sore throats, body aches, uncharacteristic fatigue, loss of appetite, bleeding or bruising,
  • Blood sugar levels are high—increased thirst, more frequent urine output, dry mouth, and a fruity breath smell.

Common adverse results associated with Aristada Initio may include:

  • Feeling agitated;
  • Discomfort where the medication was injected.
  • Weight gain
  • Drowsiness.

Aristada Initio is not approved to be used in older people suffering from dementia-related psychosis.

Before you take this drug

You shouldn't be treated with Aristada Initio if you have an allergy to it.Speak to your doctor if you have never had Aristada Initio.Aristada Initio may increase the mortality risk for patients suffering from dementia-related psychosis. It isn't approved for this purpose.

Speak to your doctor if you have had or have ever been diagnosed with:

  • A problem when receiving an injection within the buttocks or in the arm;
  • Cardiovascular disease, stroke, and stroke

How to take Aristada?

Dangerous side effects can be observed.Beware of becoming dehydrated or overheated when exercising, in hot weather, or by drinking insufficient fluids. Drink plenty of fluids when you receive Aristada Initio.Avoid sunbathing and tanning beds. Protect yourself with protective clothes and sunblock (SPF 30 or more) whenever you're outside.

Interaction with other drug

It is sometimes not safe to take certain medicines in conjunction with other medications. Certain medications can alter your blood levels and the other drugs you take, which could cause more side effects or make the medications less effective.
