What is Yonsa?

Yonsa can be used in conjunction with a steroid medication (prednisone or methylprednisolone) to treat prostate cancer, which is spreading to different regions of your body (metastatic) and is not treated by surgical procedures or other treatments.Yonsa is also employed for other purposes that are not covered in this guideline for medication.

Side effects of Yonsa

Contact a medical professional immediately. Get medical attention immediately if you notice symptoms that indicate an allergic reaction, such as hives, difficulty breathing, or swelling of your lips, face, or tongue.

Yonsa could produce severe adverse reactions. Consult your physician immediately if you experience:

• Ankle swelling, feet, and pain within your leg muscles;
• Irregular or rapid heartbeats;
• A feeling of lightheadedness that makes you feel like you're about to pass out.
• Extreme headache, blurred vision, the pounding of your neck or in your ears;
• Burning or pain during urination;
• Low red blood cells (anemia)--pale skin fatigue, lightheadedness or sluggish, cold hands and feet;
• Low blood potassium: leg cramps, constipation, irregular heartbeats, fluttering around your chest, thirsty or increased need to urinate, numbness or tenderness in muscles, or a feeling of limpness;
• Stomach symptoms, stomach pain (upper right side), nausea, vomiting, dark urine, jaundice (yellowing of the eyes or skin),
• Extreme lower blood sugar—headache and hunger sweating and dizziness, irritation, headache, fast heart rate, and feeling agitated or shakey.

Common adverse effects of Yonsa can include:

• Feeling very tired or weak
• Feeling very hot;
• High blood sugar;
• Raised blood pressure.
• Swelling in your feet or legs;
• Anaemia, low blood potassium
• Painful urination;
• Abnormal liver function tests or different blood tests
• Joint discomfort or swelling
• Headache;
• Nausea, vomiting, diarrhea;
• Cold symptoms like congestion, sneezing, and a stuffy nose. Cough, sore throat

Before you take this drug

Yonsa is not suitable for use by children or women.

Tell your physician if you were ever afflicted by:

• the liver condition;
• Diabetic (especially in the case of pioglitazone or repaglinide);
• Heart issues, high blood pressure;
• A heart attack;
• In your blood, you have low potassium levels.
• Troubles with your adrenal gland or pituitary gland.

Yonsa can cause harm to unborn babies in the event that a woman has contact with it while pregnant. This tablet is not suitable for handling by women who are expecting or who are pregnant. The medicine from tablets that have been damaged may be absorbed by the skin.Yonsa could also cause harm to unborn babies in the event that a father has taken Yonsa during conception or during pregnancy.Make sure you are using effective contraception in the event that your sex lover is pregnant or has the potential to be pregnant. Continue using birth control for at most 3 weeks following the last dose.

How to take Yonsa?

Follow all instructions on the prescription label and go through all medication guides or instructions sheets. Make sure you use the medication exactly as prescribed.Yonsa is typically taken once each day. You can also take a steroid at least twice a day. Follow the doctor's instructions for dosage extremely carefully.Your Yonsa dosage requirements may be altered if you change to an alternative brand or strength of this medication. Be sure to use only the medicine that your doctor has prescribed.

Your dose of steroid could be altered if you are suffering from, have an illness, or are stressed. Do not alter the dose or stop taking the steroid medication without consulting your physician's approval.Drink this medicine by drinking a glass of water.You can consume Yonsa in combination with or without meals.You should take Zytiga with a full stomach. Do not eat food for at least two hours prior to or for one hour following the taking of Zytiga.Suck the tablet completely, and don't crush, chew, or break it.Your blood pressure is likely to be checked frequently, and you might require a regular blood test. If you are diabetic, your blood sugar needs to be monitored carefully, particularly in the case of pioglitazone and the drug repaglinide.It is not advisable to stop taking Yonsa or any other steroid medication abruptly. Follow your doctor's advice on increasing your dose of prednisone.Place it in a cool, dry place far from heat and moisture.

Do I be concerned if I miss a dose?

Don't miss the missed dose, and then take the medication the next day. Don't do two doses at the same time.Contact your doctor for advice in case you missed at least one dose of Yonsa.

What will happen if I take excessively?

For medical emergencies, seek emergency medical attention or contact for help at the Poison Help Line at 1-800-222-1222.

What should be avoided?

Avoid eating food for a minimum of 2 hours prior to taking Zytiga or at least an hour after taking your dose. Foods can increase the levels of Zytiga that your body absorbs and can cause adverse, undesirable side effects.

Do not take an herbal supplement with St. John's wort.

Interaction with other drugs

There are times when it's not safe to take certain medications in combination. Certain drugs may affect the blood levels of other medications you are taking, which could cause more side effects or make the medication less effective.Inform your doctor about all the medications you take. A variety of drugs can cause Yonsa, specifically:

• Other different prostate cancer medications, including radiation and other medicines for prostate cancer, particularly radium 223 (which may increase the chances of breaking your bones if you're taking Yonsa),
• Pioglitazone and repaglinide for treating the condition of diabetes may cause severe blood sugar hypoglycemia while taking Yonsa.
