What is Retaine PM?

There are a variety of types and brands of ocular fluid available, but not all of them are included in this document.Retina PM is utilized by adults to alleviate irritation, burning, and discomfort that can be due to dry eyes.Retain PM could also be used to treat conditions that are not mentioned in this guideline.

Side effects of Retaine PM

Contact a medical professional immediately. If you are experiencing symptoms that indicate an allergic reaction, such as hives, difficulty breathing, and swelling of your lips, face, and throat,

Stop using the retaine PM method and consult your physician in case you are suffering from:

  • Extreme burning, stinging, or eye irritations after taking the medication;
  • Eye discomfort
  • Vision shifts.

Common adverse effects of retained pm can include:

  • Minor eye irritation or burning;
  • Irritation or eye redness;
  • Eye watery;
  • Blurred vision
  • The sensitivity to light

Warnings

It is not recommended to employ a retained PM in order to treat or prevent an eye infection.

Before you take this drug

It is not recommended to use a retainer PM if you're sensitive to it. This medication will not cure or prevent eye infections.Ask your doctor or pharmacist if it's appropriate to use a retainer PM if you suffer from any kind of eye infection within your eyes.See your doctor if you are nursing or expecting.

How to take Retaine PM?

Follow all instructions on your prescription label, and review all medication guides and instructions sheets. Follow the medication precisely as prescribed.Cleanse your hands prior to applying for the retainer PM.Don't use the retained PM. Call your doctor if the medication is cloudy or has changed color.Don't touch the tip of your eyedropper ointment tube. Do not place it directly in the eye. The contaminated tip could affect your eye and result in severe vision issues.Contact your doctor if symptoms do not improve or if your symptoms become worse when you use PM retention.Maintain it at room temperature and free from moisture and heat.

What happens if I miss the dose?

Retention PM is used only in the event of need.If you're in a routine to dosing, make sure you not miss doses. Don't take two doses at once.

What happens if I overdose?

Ocular lubricant overdose isn't likely to pose a risk. See a doctor immediately, or dial the poison help phone number 1-800-222-1222 if you are a victim of a drug-related accident and have swallowed it accidentally.

What should be avoided?

Retaining PM could result in blurred or distorted vision. Avoid driving and other hazardous activities until you are aware of the effects this medication will have on you.Do not use any other eye medications unless your physician advises you to.

Interaction with other drug

The eye medicine is unlikely to be affected by other medications that you are taking. However, many medications can interact with each other. Discuss with your doctor all of your current medications, such as prescription and over-the-counter medications, vitamins, and herbs.
