What is NeilMed NasoGEL (nasal)?

NeilMed NasoGEL (for use in the nasal passages) can be used for treating nasal stuffiness, post-nasal drip dryness of your nasal passages and nostrils, or irritation to the nasal passages due to allergies, colds, the flu, pollutant exposure, or allergies.The product is made up of a pure, mild salt solution (also known as saline). It is not a source of active substances or medication.
NeilMed NasoGEL could be used for other purposes that are not mentioned in this medication guide.
Side effects of NeilMed NasoGEL nasal
See a doctor immediately. If you are experiencing warning signs of an allergic response, such as symptoms of hives, difficulty breathing, or swelling of your lips, face, and tongue,More minor side effects might be more likely, and there may be no side effects whatsoever.

How to take NeilMed NasoGEL nasal?
Use only as indicated on the label or as directed by your physician.Always read the instructions on the label of the product about the product being given to children.Do not consume by mouth. Nasal products are intended for use only inside the nose.
NeilMed NasoGEL comes in a variety of forms, including spray, gel, swab, and powder that can be mixed with water to be used as a nasal rinse.Take note of and follow the instructions for use that are included with the product you purchase. Consult your physician or pharmacist for clarification if you are unsure of these directions.It may be necessary to blow your nose gently prior to using this product.
If you've inserted the tip of the spray bottle inside your nose, wash it off with hot water, then dry it with a clean towel following use.Some bottles of nasal sprays will provide the product as an aerosol when used with the bottle in an upright position or as a drop if you flip the bottle upside down.If it is indicated by the label on the product, clean the tip of the nozzle or bottle with a clean tissue following every use.Consult your physician to discuss your medical condition if the one you're taking care of with NeilMed NasoGEL doesn't improve or gets worse when you use this product.
Follow the directions on the label for how you should replace NeilMed NasoGEL. You might have to dispose of the container after a certain period of time is up, even if a portion of the substance remains in it.Keep at room temperature, away from heat and moisture.
If your nasal product is in a spray container, be sure to keep it away from flames and extreme temperatures. The canister might explode if it is too hot. Avoid burning or puncturing an empty nasal spray bottle.
What happens if I miss the dose?
NeilMed NasoGEL nasal spray is utilized when it is needed, and you might not be following a regular dosing regimen. Don't miss any dose in the event that it's nearing the time to take the next dose. Don't take two doses at once.
What happens If I overdose?

What should be avoided?
Do not get NeilMed NasoGEL in your eyes.
Beware of sharing nasal sprays with others. A shared nasal spray bottle or applicator that has been put into the nose may permit infections or diseases to be passed from one person to the next.
Interaction with other drugs
Because NeilMed NasoGEL is not an active drug, It is unlikely to affect any other medications that you take. However, there are many drugs that interfere with each other. Inform your healthcare professionals about all medications you are taking, which include prescription and non-prescription medicines, vitamins, and herbal remedies.
