What is Migranal nasal ?

Migranal treatments treat migraine headaches in adults with or without an aura. The nasal spray will not treat headaches that have already started. This medicine will not reduce headaches or prevent them. If you have a headache other than your migraines, Migranal is not the right medication for you.This medication guide does not list all possible uses of Migranal.

Side effects of Migranal nasal

If you experience any of the following symptoms of an allergy reaction, seek immediate medical attention: difficulty breathing, hives, swelling in your lips, face, throat, or tongue.

Side effects from migration can be serious. If you experience:

  • If you feel numbness or coldness in your toes or fingers, then it is time for a change.
  • Nausea, vomiting, and bloody diarrhea;
  • A severe headache can cause blurred vision or pounding of the neck and ears.
  • Burning sensations in your mouth, nose and throat;
  • Fast heart rate or slow heart rate?
  • Itching or swelling
  • Signs of blood clots include sudden numbness, weakness, or pain on one side or in the leg.
  • Heart attack symptoms include chest pressure or pain, spreading pain to the jaw or shoulders, nausea, and sweating.

Migranal can cause the following side effects:

  • Pain, swelling, or irritation at the site of application;
  • Drowsiness;
  • Dizziness;
  • Nausea, vomiting, diarrhea;
  • Runny nose
  • A changed sense of taste
  • Sore throat

Warnings

Inform your doctor of all the other medications you are taking. Certain drugs shouldn't be taken with Migranal.

Before you take this drug

Migranals should be avoided if:

  • Coronary arterial disease, a stroke or heart attack, angina (chest discomfort), blood circulation problems;
  • Uncontrolled high blood pressure
  • A serious illness called sepsis.
  • Vascular surgery
  • The narrowing of the blood vessels that supply the arms, legs, stomach, or kidneys.
  • Severe liver or kidney disease

Certain drugs shouldn't be taken with Migranal. You may need to change your treatment plan if you are also taking:

  • Medications that increase blood pressure and constrict blood vessels.
  • An antibiotic, such as troleandomycin, clarithromycin, or erythromycin.
  • Antifungal medicines such as israconazole and ketoconazole.
  • Antiviral medication for HIV and hepatitis C.

If you've ever:

  • Blood circulation issues in the arms, hands, or legs;
  • Shortness of breath, chest pain
  • Risk factors for coronary heart disease include high blood pressure, diabetes, menopause, and smoking. Other risk factors are family history, obesity, age over 40, and being a male.
  • Liver or kidney disease

Preterm labor can be caused by migrants. Inform your doctor of any pregnancy or plans to get pregnant. If you are pregnant, do not take Migranal.You should not breastfeed for 3 days following your last dose of this medication.

How to take Migranal nasal?

Follow all instructions or guides included with your medication and follow all directions listed on its prescription label. The nasal spray can be used only on the nose. It is not recommended to inject the nasal spray liquid into your body. You may receive your first dose in a medical environment where serious side effects are quickly addressed. Migranal can be taken at any point during a migraine attack. Use the device for the first time by spraying it four times into the air away from the face. Trudhesa: spray one in each nostril, then spray another in each nostril an hour later if the headache returns or only some relief is felt. For the second dose, use a different nasal spray. Apply one spray to each nostril, followed by a second spray 15 minutes later. This will give you a total of four sprays.Your heart's function may require medical testing.After opening the nasal spray, it should be thrown out 8 hours later.Keep at room temperature, away from heat, moisture, and light. This medicine should not be kept in the refrigerator or frozen.

What happens if I miss the dose?

The dose of granular nasal depends on the need and is not a regular daily regimen.Trudhesa should not be used more than twice in 24 hours or three times within seven days.Use no more than 8 sprays in 7 days or 6 sprays per 24 hours.

What happens if I overdose?

Call 1-800-222-1222 immediately if you suspect poisoning and require immediate medical assistance.The symptoms of an overdose may include nausea, vomiting, and stomach pain. Other signs can be slow breathing or changes in blood pressure, as well as confusion, hallucinations, or convulsions.

What should be avoided?

Avoid using Migranal for migraines within 24 hours of taking another migraine medicine.

  • Another ergot medication is ergotamine or methylergonovine.
  • Almotriptan, frovatriptan, naratriptan, or sumatriptan.

Grapefruit can interact with Migranal, causing side effects. Avoid consuming grapefruit products.

Interaction with other drug

Inform your doctor of all the medications you are taking. Migranal is affected by many drugs, including:

  • Heart or blood pressure medications;
  • Nicotine gums or patches
  • Antidepressants are a type of medication.
  • Asthma medicine is available.
