What is Lumify?

Lumify is available without a prescription.Lumify eye drops can be used to reduce the redness of the eyes due to minor irritations.Lumify can be used in other ways not mentioned in this guide.

Before you take this drug

Lumify should not be used if you have an allergy to brimonidine.

Tell your doctor about any of the following to ensure that Lumify will be safe for you:

  • Circulation problems and heart problems are both problems.
  • Coronary artery disease
  • Low blood pressure
  • Is a depressive
  • Raynaud syndrome (Buerger disease

Inform your doctor about pregnancy or breastfeeding.

How to take Lumify?

Follow the instructions provided by your doctor or the label on the product to use Lumify eyedrops.Use the drops 10 minutes prior to inserting contact lenses if you wear them.Before using eye drops, wash your hands.Every 6–8 hours, apply 1 drop to the eye(s).Lumify eyedrops should not be used more than four times per day.Avoid touching or placing directly onto your eye with the tip.. If the dropper is contaminated, it can cause serious vision problems.Wait at least five minutes before applying any other eye drops prescribed by your doctor.If you have eye pain, vision changes, redness, irritation, or your condition persists, worsens, or does not improve within 3 days, call your doctor.Lumify eyedrops should not be used if they appear cloudy, have changed colour, or contain particles. For new medication, call your pharmacist.Store Lumify Eye Drops at room temperature, away from moisture or heat. Don't freeze. When not in use, keep the bottle tightly sealed.If you experience any kind of eye injury, infection, or need any type of surgery, including eye surgery, you should tell your doctor immediately.

What happens if I miss the dose?

If it is almost time for your next dose, forgoing it would only delay it further.. Never take two doses of the same medicine at once.

What happens if I overdose?

Overdoses of Lumify are not dangerous.Should someone accidentally swallow their medication, seek immediate medical assistance immediately. Call the Poison Help Line at 1-800-222-1222.

What should be avoided?

Lumify can affect your reaction time. Avoid driving and other hazardous activities until you are familiar with how they will affect you. You may be unable to react properly.You should only use eye drops prescribed by your doctor.

Side effects of Lumify

If you experience any of the following symptoms of an allergic reaction: hives, difficulty breathing, swelling of your lips, face, tongue, or throat, contact emergency medical assistance.

If you experience:

  • Eye pain or increased tearing
  • Vision changes
  • If you experience severe swelling, burning, or discomfort around or in your eye, this is a sign of a serious condition.

Lumify may cause side effects such as:

  • If you experience mild irritation, such as a burning sensation, itching, or redness in your eyes, this is a sign of irritation.
  • Dry mouth and blurred vision
  • Drowsiness, tiredness.

Interaction with other drug

If you are using Lumify in conjunction with any other drug that makes you sleepy, this can make the effect worse. Before taking opioids, sleeping pills, muscle relaxers, or medications for anxiety or seizures, consult your doctor.

Provide details to your doctor of all medications you are currently taking, including:

  • Antidepressants;
  • Heart or blood pressure medications
