What is Erelzi Sensory Pen?

Erelzi Sensoready Pen blocks tumor necrosis factors (TNFs) in adults. It is used to prevent joint damage due to rheumatoid arthritis or psoriatic arthritis.The Sensoready Pen can also be used to treat plaque psoriasis in adults and children over the age of 4.The Erelzi Sensoready pen is used for the treatment of polyarticular juvenile arthritis among children aged at least two years.Sometimes Erelzi Sensoready Pen can be used in conjunction with another medication called methotrexate.The Erelzi Pen Sensor may be used in other ways not mentioned in the medication guide.

Side effects of Erelzi Sensoready Pen

If you experience any of the following symptoms of an allergic reaction, seek immediate medical attention: hives, difficulty breathing, swelling of your lips, face, tongue, or throat.Infections can be serious and even fatal.

If you experience:

  • Fever, chills, flu symptoms;
  • Pale skin is prone to bleeding or bruising.
  • Pain, swelling, or redness where the erelzi sensitive pen was injected for more than 5 days
  • Signs of lymphoma include fever, night sweats, and weight Other signs are stomach pain, swelling, or swollen lymph glands.
  • Signs of tuberculosis include cough, night sweats, loss of appetite and weight loss as well as feeling very fatigued;
  • New or worsening psoriasis—skin redness, scaly patches, or raised bumps with pus;
  • Nerve problems: dizziness, tingling or numbness, vision problems, or weakness in the arms or legs.
  • Signs of heart failure: shortness of breath and swelling of your lower legs
  • Lupus syndrome: joint discomfort, swelling, chest pain, feeling of shortness of breath, skin itching (which worsens in the sun);
    liver problems: right-sided upper stomach pain, vomiting, tiredness, loss of appetite and yellowing of skin or eyes may all indicate problems in your liver.

Erelzi Sensoready Pen side effects may include:

  • Pain, swelling, itching, or redness at the injection site;
  • Cold symptoms like a stuffy nose and sneezing.

Erelzi SensoReady Pen can affect your immune system. Your immune system may be affected by the Erelzi Sensoready Pen. You could get serious or even fatal infections.You should consult your doctor to determine your individual risk.

Before you take this drug

If you are allergic or have an infection that is severe, such as sepsis (an infection all over your body), you should not use the Erelzi Sensoready Pen.

If any of the following symptoms arise, inform your healthcare provider immediately.

  • Feeling very tired; fever, chills, and sweats;
  • Shortness of breath and blood in the cough;
  • Diarrhea, weight loss;
  • Open sores, skin reddening, or warmth
  • Burning when you urinate.

Tell your doctor about any of the following:

  • A weak immune system, HIV, and tuberculosis.
  • Hepatitis B
  • Diabetes;
  • Congestive heart failure;
  • A nerve disorder, such as multiple sclerosis and Guillain-Barre syndrome;
  • Seizures;
  • A latex allergy,
  • If you have a scheduled vaccination,

Before using the Erelzi Sensoready pen, children should have received all of their childhood vaccinations.

Erelzi Sensoready Pen can increase the risk of certain cancers, such as lymphoma. This is most common in children and teens who use TNF-blockers. Anyone with an autoimmune disease that is inflammatory may be at a greater risk for lymphoma. Speak to your doctor about the risk you face.Tell your doctor whether you or anyone else in your family has ever been diagnosed with tuberculosis. Tell your doctor about any recent travels. In certain regions of the world, fungal infections and tuberculosis are more prevalent. You may have been exposed to these diseases while traveling.Tell your doctor that you are or will be pregnant. Tell your baby's doctor that you used the Erelzi Sensoready Pen while pregnant, especially before the child receives childhood vaccines.You may not be able to breastfeed safely while using the Erelzi Sensitivity Pen. You should consult your doctor if you are concerned about any risks.

How to take Erelzi Sensoready Pen?

Read all instructions or guides that come with your medication and follow all directions. Follow the directions on the label.Your doctor may order tests before you begin treatment with the Erelzi Senso-Eady Pen to ensure that you are not infected.The Erelzi SensoReady Pen is injected into the skin. You may be taught how to use the medication properly by a healthcare provider. Please read and follow all instructions for use that come with your medication. If you do not understand the instructions, contact your physician or pharmacist immediately for clarification.Don't shake the medicine. Do not prepare an injection until you are ready. If the medicine is cloudy, has changed color, or contains particles, do not use it. For new medicine, call your pharmacist.It may be necessary to dilute the Erelzi Sensoready Pen. If you are using injections on your own, make sure that you know how to mix and store them.The doses of Erelzi's Sensoready Pen are determined by the weight of children. The dose requirements for your child may change as they gain or lose weight.Tell your surgeon that you use the Erelzi Sensoready Pen if you require surgery.

Erelzi Sensoready Pen affects your immunity. You could get more infections, including serious or deadly infections. You will need to be examined by your doctor on a regular schedule.Erelzi Sensoready Pen can make hepatitis B active or worsen if you have ever had it. You may require frequent liver function testing while taking this medication and for several months following its discontinuation.Follow all instructions for storage that come with your medication. Cartridges and injection pens, as well as prefilled syringes or vials of diluent, will only remain stable for a limited time at certain temperatures. Toss out any medication not used at that time.Keep the Erelzi Sensoready Pen unopened in its original packaging in the fridge. Keep away from the light. Do not freeze. Use only after the date of expiration has passed.The Erelzi Sensoready Pen can be stored at room temperature for short periods of time. Enbrel can be stored at room temperature for up to 14 days. Erelzi can be stored at room temperature for up to 28 days. You should throw away your medicine after the time period specified for the brand.

Keep the medicine away from extreme heat or cold temperatures. Do not place the medicine back in the fridge once it has reached room temperature.Each cartridge, prefilled syringe, or injection pen is only for one-time use. After one use, throw it out, even if the medicine is still inside.Only use a needle or syringe once, and then store them in an "as sharps" container that is puncture-proof. Be sure to follow local or state laws on how to properly dispose of the container. Keep the container out of reach of pets and children.

What happens if I miss the dose?

What happens if I overdose?

Avoid this

Avoid injecting Erelzi Sensitive Pen into skin that has been bruised, is tender, red, or hard.Avoid receiving a "live vaccine" while using the Erelzi Sensoready Pen. It may not protect you as well from disease, and the vaccine may not perform as well. Live vaccines are measles (MMR), rubella, poliovirus, rotavirus (typhoid), yellow fever (typhoid), varicella (the chicken pox), and zoster (shingles).Avoid being around people who are sick. If you have been exposed to measles or chickenpox, call your doctor immediately for preventive treatment. These conditions are serious and can even be fatal for people using Erelzi's Sensoready pen.

Interaction with other drug

Tell your doctor about your other medications, including:

  • Abatacept (Orencia);
  • Anakinra (Kineret);
  • Cyclophosphamide (Cytoxan);
  • Insulin or oral diabetes medicine
