Dyanavel XR Oral Suspension (amphetamine) is a central nervous system stimulant.It affects the chemicals in the brain that cause hyperactivity and the nerves that control impulses. Dyanavel XR comes in extended-release tablets or extended-release oral solutions for treating attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) among people aged 6 and older.Dyanavel XR may be safe and effective for children younger than 6 years old.

Warnings

Dyanavel XR can be addictive. Inform your doctor about any drug or alcohol abuse problems you may have. Stimulants can cause strokes, heart attacks, and sudden deaths in people who have high blood pressure or heart disease.Dyanavel XR should not be taken within 14 days if an MAO inhibitor was recently consumed. Examples include isocarboxazid (linezolid), methylene blue injection (phenelzine), tranylcypromine, and others. Dyanavel XR can cause psychosis, which is characterized by abnormal thoughts or behaviors. This is especially true if you've had a previous history of mental illness or depression. It is possible that you have a blood circulation problem. This can cause numbness or pain in your toes or fingers. Call your physician immediately if any of the following symptoms present themselves: chest pains, feeling lightheaded or short of breath; signs for heart issues: chest pains; signs for psychosis: paranoia or aggression, new behavioral problems or seeing or hearing something that does not exist; undiagnosed injuries on fingers and toes (unexpected).

Before you take this drug

Dyanavel XR should not be used if the patient is allergic to amphetamine, any stimulant medication, or if they have taken an MAO-inhibitor in the last 14 days. This includes linezolid injection, methylene blue, phenelzine, or tranylcypromine.

Dyanavel XR may not work if:

• Heart disease can cause chest pain and breathing problems.
• Hardening of the arteries
• High blood pressure, moderate to severe
• Overactive thyroid
• A history of drug abuse
• If you feel agitated,

Inform your doctor if other medications, such as herbal products or opioids, are being taken. This includes medicines for depression, mental illnesses, Parkinson's disease, migraine headaches, or serious infections. A serious condition known as serotonin-induced syndrome could be caused by an interaction between amphetamine and other drugs.

• Coronary artery disease
• Blood circulation problems in your hands or feet

Dyanavel XR taken during pregnancy may cause low birth weight or withdrawal symptoms for the baby. Inform your doctor if you are pregnant or planning to become pregnant. Breastfeeding is not recommended.

How to take Dyanavel XR?

What happens if I miss the dose?

Do not wait until the evening to take the missed dose. If it's almost evening, skip the missed dose. Take only one dose at a time.

-Increase dosage by 2.5–10 mg/day every 4–7 days until response is optimal.

What happens if I overdose?

Dial Poison Help at 1-800-222-1222 if experiencing poison exposure and seek emergency medical help immediately. A fatal overdose of amphetamine is possible. Overdose symptoms include nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, and muscle cramps. Depression and fatigue may follow these symptoms. A severe overdose can also lead to seizures or a coma.

What should be avoided?

Avoid alcohol consumption. Take vitamin C or fruit juices before taking amphetamine. These substances can reduce the absorption of amphetamine. Do not drive or engage in hazardous activities until you have determined how Dyanavel XR affects you. You may be unable to react properly.

Side effects of Dyanavel XR

If you experience any of the following symptoms of an allergic reaction: hives, difficulty breathing, swelling of the face, lips, or tongue, or if your skin becomes red, itchy, or swollen, seek emergency medical attention.

If you experience:

• Signs of heart problems include chest pain, difficulty breathing, and the feeling that you could pass out.

• Psychosis symptoms include hallucinations, new behavioral problems, aggression/hostility/paranoia.

• Signs of Circulation Problems: numbness or pain in the fingers or toes, unexplained injuries, or changes in skin color (pale, blue, or red);

• A seizure (convulsions);

• Muscle twitches or tics

• Pain or burning after urinating;

• Changes in your vision

If you experience symptoms of serotonin disorder, including agitation, hallucinations, fever, sweating, or shivering, rapid heart rate, muscle stiffness, and twitching,

Amphetamines can cause growth problems. If your child's growth isn't normal, tell your doctor.

Dyanavel XR may cause side effects, such as:

• Increased heart rate

• Feeling anxious or restless is a mood change.

• Trouble sleeping

• Dry mouth, stomach pains, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea or constipation: these could all be symptoms of poor dental or digestive hygiene;

• Loss of appetite, weight loss

• Painful urination

• Impotence is a sexual problem.
