Warnings

Examples include isocarboxazid (linezolid), methylene blue injection (phenelzine), tranylcypromine, and others. Dyanavel XR can cause psychosis, which is characterized by abnormal thoughts or behaviors. This is especially true if you've had a previous history of mental illness or depression. It is possible that you have a blood circulation problem. This can cause numbness or pain in your toes or fingers. Call your physician immediately if any of the following symptoms present themselves: chest pains, feeling lightheaded or short of breath; signs for heart issues: chest pains; signs for psychosis: paranoia or aggression, new behavioral problems or seeing or hearing something that does not exist; undiagnosed injuries on fingers and toes (unexpected).
Before you take this drug
Dyanavel XR should not be used if the patient is allergic to amphetamine, any stimulant medication, or if they have taken an MAO-inhibitor in the last 14 days. This includes linezolid injection, methylene blue, phenelzine, or tranylcypromine.
Dyanavel XR may not work if:
- Heart disease can cause chest pain and breathing problems.
- Hardening of the arteries
- High blood pressure, moderate to severe
- Overactive thyroid
- A history of drug abuse
- If you feel agitated,
Inform your doctor if other medications, such as herbal products or opioids, are being taken. This includes medicines for depression, mental illnesses, Parkinson's disease, migraine headaches, or serious infections. A serious condition known as serotonin-induced syndrome could be caused by an interaction between amphetamine and other drugs.

What happens if I overdose?
Dial Poison Help at 1-800-222-1222 if experiencing poison exposure and seek emergency medical help immediately. A fatal overdose of amphetamine is possible. Overdose symptoms include nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, and muscle cramps. Depression and fatigue may follow these symptoms. A severe overdose can also lead to seizures or a coma.
What should be avoided?
Avoid alcohol consumption. Take vitamin C or fruit juices before taking amphetamine. These substances can reduce the absorption of amphetamine. Do not drive or engage in hazardous activities until you have determined how Dyanavel XR affects you. You may be unable to react properly.
Side effects of Dyanavel XR
If you experience any of the following symptoms of an allergic reaction: hives, difficulty breathing, swelling of the face, lips, or tongue, or if your skin becomes red, itchy, or swollen, seek emergency medical attention.
