What is Duraflex Comfort?

Duraflex Comfort is used to temporarily relieve minor aches and discomforts due to strains, sprains, arthritis, bruising pain, simple pain, or pain in the lower spine. Duraflex Comfort may be used in other ways not mentioned in this guide.

Side effect of Duraflex Comfort

If you experience any of the following symptoms of an allergic reaction, seek immediate medical attention: hives, difficulty breathing, swelling of your lips, face, tongue, or throat.

Duraflex comfort can cause serious side effects. Duraflex Comfort should be stopped immediately, and you should consult your doctor if:

  • Redness or swelling in the treated area
  • Increased pain
  • Burning or severe skin irritation, such as a rash or itching.

You may experience less serious side effects or none at all. There may be other side effects. For medical advice on side effects, call your doctor. The FDA can be contacted at 1-800-FDA-1088 to report side effects.

Before you take this drug

If you've ever experienced an allergic reaction, ask your doctor or pharmacist whether Duraflex Comfort can be used safely. Consult your doctor before taking this medication if you're pregnant or nursing. Avoid applying this medication to the nipple region if you are breastfeeding. This medicine should not be used on children without consulting a doctor.

How to take Duraflex Comfort?

Follow all instructions listed on your label or given to you by your doctor. Take it only by mouth. Topical medicines are only to be used on the skin. Only apply to dry, clean skin. Apply only to clean and dry skin. Avoid applying it to open wounds, blistered skin, or skin that has been sunburned. This medicine is only for young children. Be certain to follow all instructions when giving this medicine to a child.Apply a thin coating of medicine and gently rub it into the area. Apply the patch to the painful area and press the edges hard. After removing the patch, apply a fresh one according to the instructions. Before each use, shake the spray thoroughly. After applying the medicine or handling the skin patch, wash your hands with soap. Apply the medicine using a cotton ball, rubber glove, finger cot, or a clean tissue to avoid getting it on your fingers. Wait at least 30 minutes after using the medication to wash your hands if you are treating an area on your fingers or hands. Avoid covering the treated area with bandages or heating pads. If your pain persists after seven days or your symptoms worsen or improve, call your doctor. Store away from moisture and heat.

What happens if I miss the dose?

Duraflex Comfort can be used as needed. You should not take any missed doses if you have a regular dosing regimen. Never use two doses in one go.

What happens if I overdose?

If anyone accidentally swallows the medicine, seek emergency medical care or call Poison Help at 1-800-222-1222.

What should be avoided?

Avoid getting Duraflex. Comfort in your eyes. Rinse your eyes with water if you do come into contact. Avoid getting the medication in your mouth, nose, rectum, or vagina. Avoid getting the medication on your contact lenses, dentures, and other items that come into contact with sensitive parts of your body. Do not use other medications without consulting your doctor.

Interaction with other drug

Tell your doctor about all the medicines you are taking, including prescription and over-the-counter medications. Inform your doctor of all the medications you are taking, including over-the-counter and prescription medicines, vitamins, and herbal remedies.
