What is Dasetta 1/35?
Dasetta 1/35 contains a mixture of female hormones that prevents ovulation. Medication may alter your cervical mucus or uterine lining, making it harder for fertilized eggs to adhere to it and implant into it. Dasetta 1/35 can be used to avoid pregnancy. Dasetta 1/35 can also be used for moderate acne by women over 15 who have begun menstruating and wish to take birth-control pills. Norethindrone is available in many brands. This leaflet does not list all available brands. Dasetta 1/35 can be used in other ways not mentioned in the medication guide.
Side effects of Dasetta 1/35
If you experience any of the following signs and symptoms of an allergy reaction: difficulty breathing, hives or swelling on lips, face throat or tongue
The side effects of this medicine can be serious. If you experience:
- Signs of Stroke: sudden numbness, weakness or severe headache; speech changes (such as slurring and shaking).
- Signs of a blood clot in the lungs: chest pain, sudden breathlessness or cough, nausea, vomiting, and a bloody cough;
- Signs of a deep blood clot—pain or swelling in one leg
- Heart attack symptoms: chest discomfort, shoulder or jaw pressure or discomfort, nausea and sweating.
- Liver issues: swelling around your midsection; upper right stomach pain, lack of appetite and dark-colored urine are signs that it could be the liver malfunctioning; along with clay-colored stool or jaundiced skin or eyes (yellowing of either or both);
- Increased blood pressure symptoms: headache, blurry or distorted vision and an uncomfortable pounding in the neck or ears are often experienced simultaneously;
- Depression symptoms: mood shifts, low self-esteem, loss of interest in activities you once enjoyed, sleep disruption and thoughts of self-harm are hallmarks of depression.
- A breast lump or swelling of the hands, feet, or ankles;
- A change in migraine headache pattern or intensity
Dasetta 325 may cause the following side effects:
- Nausea, vomiting;
- Breast tenderness or bleeding.
- Headache or contact lens problems

Warnings
Avoid using birth control if pregnant or recently delivered. Birth control pills should be avoided if: you are suffering from uncontrolled hypertension, coronary artery diseases, circulatory problems, undiagnosed bleeding in the vaginal area, liver disease and liver cancer, severe headaches or migraines; You take certain hepatitis C medications, you plan to have major surgery, you smoke, you're over 35 years old, you suffer from jaundice due to pregnancy, birth control pills, or if cancer has been diagnosed on your breast, uterus, or cervical At 35 and older, smoking or taking birth control pills increases your risk for blood clots or stroke, heart attacks and even more serious medical conditions such as sepsis.
Before you take this drug
Birth control pills may increase the risk of stroke or heart attack. If you suffer from high blood pressure, diabetes, high cholesterol, or obesity, you're at an even greater risk. The risk of a stroke or blood clot increases during the first year you take birth control pills.Returning to taking birth control pills after an absence of four weeks places you at greater risk. If you're older than 35, smoking can raise your chances of blood clots or strokes caused by birth-control pills. Avoid using Dasetta 1/35 if pregnant. Tell your doctor immediately if you missed two consecutive menstrual cycles or if you fell pregnant. Wait at least four weeks after giving birth if you've just had your baby.
If you are pregnant, or if:
- Untreated or uncontrolled hypertension or heart disease
- An increased risk for blood clots as a result of a blood disorder or heart disease;
- Circulatory problems, especially if they are caused by diabetes
- Cancer in one or both breast, uterus or cervix; cancer of vaginal origin or ovarian;
- Unusual vaginal bleeding not checked by your doctor
- Liver disease, or cancer of the liver;
- Severe migraine headaches, especially in older people over 35.
- Pregnancy or birth control pills have a history of leading to jaundice symptoms in an individual.
- If you are aged 35 and above and smoke cigarettes, an epidemiologic investigation should be initiated immediately.
- You should seek medical advice if taking any hepatitis C medication containing ombitasvir, paritaprevir or ritonavir with or without dasabuvir.
If you've ever:
- If you have heart disease, blood clots, high blood pressure, or are at risk of having them, then this is the product for you.
- If you suffer from elevated cholesterol or triglycerides levels or are overweight, taking action could help.
- depression;
- a seizure or migraine headache;
- Gallbladder disease, underactive thyroid
- Liver or kidney disease
- Fibroid Breast Disease can include irregular menstruation cycle or lumps or nodules on mammogram, leading to irregular period or unsatisfactory results from mammography tests.
Your doctor can advise if breastfeeding while taking this medication is possible.
How to take Dasetta 1/35?
Read through all instructions or guides included with your medication and follow all its directions carefully. Follow the directions on your prescription label. When you start taking this drug, it is possible that you will need to use a backup birth control method, like condoms containing spermicide. You should follow your doctor's advice. One pill per day is recommended, but no more than one every 24 hours.Once your previous pack runs out, begin taking new pills immediately - otherwise it is possible for pregnancy to occur. Some birth control packages contain "reminder pills" to assist you with maintaining a regular cycle and start-up your period on schedule. Most often, your period starts after taking these reminder pills. If you experience severe nausea or diarrhea, take additional birth control precautions as a form of protection. Bleeding through your skin could be happening. If it persists or worsens, see a physician immediately for treatment. You should inform any doctor treating you of the fact that you're taking this medication temporarily in case of surgery or extended hospital stay, so as to be treated more quickly. You should inform any individual treating you if necessary about how often this medicine has to be taken or its duration. You will have to see your doctor frequently if you are taking birth-control pills. Keep away from heat and moisture at room temperature.
What happens if I miss the dose?
Read all the instructions or guides that come with your medication. You are more likely to become pregnant if you miss a pill. Take two active pills the next day if you forget. Take 1 pill a day until the remainder of the package. if you missed two active pills back-to-back during either week 1 or 2, take two active pills each day for two consecutive days as soon as you remember to. Take 1 pill per dose for the remainder of your pack. After missing a pill, use a backup birth control method for 7 days. You can start fresh the next day if your Day 1 starter pack is empty. You can continue to take a pill each day up until Sunday if you started on Sunday. Throw out the remaining pills on Sunday and begin a brand new package that same day. You can start over if you missed three pills consecutively in the first, second, or third week. You can continue taking the pill until Sunday if you started on Sunday. Throw out the remaining pills on Sunday and begin a brand new package that same day. You may miss your period if you do not take two active pills or more. Obtain medical help if you have missed two consecutive periods.You might be pregnant. You can throw away the missed pill and continue taking one reminder per day until you run out of pills.
What happens if I overdose?
Call the Poison Help Line at 1-800-222-1222 or seek emergency medical care. An overdose can cause vomiting or bleeding.
What should be avoided?
Smoking should not be taken when taking birth-control pills if you are over 35.The birth control pill will not shield you against sexually transmissible diseases, including HIV and AIDS. The only way to prevent these diseases is by using a condom.
Interaction with other drug
Inform your physician of any other medications you are currently taking, including:
- Rifampin;
- Troglitazone;
- Atorvastatin;
- Glecaprevir/pibrentasvir;
- Anticonvulsants such as carbamazepine, phenytoin, and phenobarbital
