Apply petroleum jelly (Vaseline) to the area of the wound on your skin or in the affected area to prevent the medication from getting on your healthy skin. Interaction with other drugs
It's unlikely that other medications you take in the form of injections or orally can affect the sodium hypochlorite that you apply topically. However, there are many drugs that interact with each other. Be sure to inform your health professionals about any medications you take, such as prescription and over-the-counter drugs, vitamins, and herbal remedies.
