Chewing must occur prior to swallowing of chewable tablets. Do not chew or break a capsule. Swallow the capsule whole. Use the measuring device provided to measure liquid medicines (not a spoon).

Keep the tablet in its original packaging until you're ready to use it. Simply remove it using clean hands and place it directly in your mouth. Let the tablet dissolve in your mouth without chewing.Do not stop taking ascorbic acid abruptly after a long period of high dosages. You could develop a "conditional" deficiency in vitamin C. The symptoms include feeling tired and having red or blue pinpoints around your hair follicles. You should follow your doctor's advice on how to reduce your dosage. It can be difficult to treat a conditional vitamin C deficiency without medical supervision. Store tightly closed, at room temperature, and away from moisture or heat.
