What is Castiva cooling?

Castiva cooling for the skin is used to temporarily relieve minor aches and discomforts due to strains, sprains, arthritis, bruising pain, simple pain, or pain in the lower spine. Castiva cooling can be used in other ways not mentioned in this guide.

Side effects of Castiva cooling

If you experience any of the following signs and symptoms of an allergic reaction: hives, difficulty breathing and swelling in your face, lips or throat - seek medical help immediately!

Castiva cooling can cause serious side effects. Castiva cooling should be stopped immediately, and you should consult your doctor if:

  • Redness or swelling in the treated area
  • Increased pain
  • Burning or severe skin irritation, such as a rash or itching.

You may experience less serious side effects or none at all.

Before you take this drug

Avoid applying this medication to the nipple region if you are breastfeeding. This medicine should not be given to children without consulting a doctor.

How to take Castiva cooling?

Be sure to follow any specific directions provided on the label or prescribed by your healthcare provider.take it only by mouth. Topical medicines are only to be used on the skin. Only apply to dry, clean skin. Apply only to clean and dry skin. Avoid applying to open wounds, blisters, sunburned or windburned skin, and other irritated areas.

This medicine is only for young children. Be certain to carefully follow all instructions when administering medication to a child. Apply a thin coating of medicine and gently rub it into the area.

Apply the patch to the painful area and press the edges hard. Once the patch has been removed, apply a fresh one according to its instructions.before each use, shake the spray thoroughly.

Before applying medicine or handling skin patches, always wash your hands with soap. Use cotton balls, rubber gloves, finger cots or clean tissues when administering them in order to avoid getting them on fingers and hands.

Wait at least 30 minutes after using the medication to wash your hands if you are treating an area on your fingers or hands. Avoid covering the treated area with bandages or heating pads. If your pain persists after seven days or your symptoms worsen or improve, call your doctor. Store away from moisture and heat.

What happens if i miss the dose?

Castiva cooling can be used as needed. You should skip the missed dose if you have a regular dosing schedule. Never use two doses in one go.

What should be avoided?

Castiva cooling should not be used on the eyes. Rinse your eyes with water if you do come into contact. Avoid getting the medication in your mouth, nose, rectum, or vagina. Avoid getting the medication on your contact lenses, dentures, and other items that come into contact with sensitive parts of your body. Do not use other medications without consulting your doctor.

Interaction with other drug

Tell your doctor about all the medicines you are taking, including prescription and over-the-counter medications. Inform your doctor of all the medications you are taking, including over-the-counter and prescription medicines, vitamins, and herbal remedies.
