Before you take this drug
The use of Aspi-Cor by an adolescent or teen suffering from influenza manifestations as well as chickenpox can lead to the development of a fatal or serious disease known as Reye's syndrome.

How to take Aspi-Cor?

What happens if I miss the dose?
Aspi-Cor is a medication that can be used if needed. If you're on a schedule for dosing, you should skip missed doses. Don't take two doses at once.
What happens if I overdose?
Get medical attention in an emergency or contact the poison help line at 1-800-222-1222.An overdose could cause stomach discomfort, nausea, diarrhea, hearing or vision issues, slow or fast breathing, or confusion.
What should be avoided?
Avoid alcohol. Alcohol consumption can increase your risk of bleeding in your stomach.Beware of taking Ibuprofen when you are taking Aspi-Cor to avoid the risk of stroke as well as heart attacks. Ibuprofen may make this medication less efficient at protecting your blood vessels and heart.
