What is Urelle?

Hyoscyamine is a chemical that produces a range of effects within the body, such as relaxation from muscular spasms.Methenamine and methylene blue are mild antiseptics that fight bacteria that cause urinary tract infections and bladder infections.

Phenyl salicylate can be described as a moderate painkiller.Sodium biphosphate is a type of phosphorus. It is an organic substance that is essential in every cell of our body.

Urelle is a combination medication that treats bladder irritation (pain spasms, inflammation, and pain) due to urinary tract infections. Urine is also utilized to reduce discomfort in the bladder when undergoing a medical procedure.Urelle is also used for reasons not mentioned in this guideline.

Side Effects of Urelle

Contact a medical professional immediately. Get medical attention immediately if you notice symptoms that indicate an allergic reaction, like hives, trouble breathing, and swelling of your lips, face, or tongue.

This medicine could trigger severe adverse consequences. Take this medicine off and consult your physician immediately if you experience:

  • Severe dizziness, blurred vision, and a fast heart rate;
  • Uncomfortable or difficult to urinate and
  • Breathlessness.

Senior citizens are more susceptible to negative side effects as a result of this medication.

Methylene blue is likely to cause your stools or urine to appear green or blue in color. This is a common consequence of the drug and won't cause harm.

Common adverse effects of urelle could include:

  • Dizziness, drowsiness;
  • Dry mouth
  • Nausea, vomiting.

Warnings

There are many drugs that can be incompatible with methylene blue. While you're taking this medication, you should not take a break or discontinue any other medication without a physician's guidance.

If you're taking an antidepressant, psychiatric, or antidepressant, consult your physician immediately if you are experiencing indications of a dangerous interaction between the drugs, such as confusion, memory issues, feeling overly active (mentally and physically), losing control, muscles twitching, sweating, shivering, diarrhea, and/or fever.

Before you take this drug

This medicine is for you if you're allergic to methenamine, hyoscyamine, phenyl salicylate, methylene blue, and sodium biphosphate.

While you are receiving treatment using this medication, you should not take or stop taking any other medication unless your physician tells you to.

To ensure this medication is appropriate for you, consult your physician if you suffer from:

  • Heart disease;
  • A heart rhythm disorder
  • Congestive heart failure;
  • Coronary heart diseases;
  • A heart valve disorder;
  • Glaucoma;
  • An increased prostate or obstruction of the bladder
  • Myasthenia gravis;
  • An obstruction or ulcer inside your stomach.
  • An allergy or sensitivity to belladonna (donnatal and other)
  • Allergy salicylates (such as aspirin, choline, magnesium trisalicylate, and magnesium salicylate).

It is unclear if this medication can cause harm to a baby who is not yet born. Consult your doctor if you are expecting or planning to become pregnant while taking this medication.

The medicine could be absorbed by the breast milk and could cause harm to a nursing infant. Consult your physician if you are breastfeeding a baby.Don't give the medication to a child unless you have medical guidance.

How to take Urelle?

Follow the directions on the prescription label. Don't take this medicine in smaller or larger quantities or for longer than the recommended time.Drink plenty of fluids when you take this medication.Hyoscyamine may slow digestion and delay the time it takes for your body to take in any medication you are taking by mouth.

Keep the bottle at room temperature, free of heat, moisture, and light. Make sure the bottle is tightly shut when not being used.

What happens if I miss the dose?

Do the dose you missed as quickly as you can remember. Do not take your missed dose if you are close to the time of the next dose. Do not double up on medication to make up for an incomplete dose.

What should be avoided?

Do not take an antacid or anti-diarrhea drug within one hour prior to or following the time you have taken methenamine or hyoscyamine. Methylene blue, phenyl salicylate, and sodium biphosphate Antacids or anti-diarrhea medications can hinder the body's ability to take in hyoscyamine.

If you are also taking ketoconazole (Nizoral), make sure you take it at least two hours after you take it before you start taking hyoscyamine methenamine, methylene blue phenyl salicylate, and sodium biphosphate.

Interaction with other drugs

Many medications can be incompatible with methylene blue. Discuss with your doctor the other medications you are taking. It may be necessary to stop taking certain medications (in certain cases, for at least 5 weeks before you start your treatment with Urelle). But do not take any medicines without consulting your physician. This includes:

  • Any type of antidepressant
  • Diet pills and stimulants; anti-cold or allergy medications; ADHD medication;
  • Narcotic pain medication
  • Medications for treating Parkinson's illness (also known as restless leg syndrome), or
  • A "triptan" migraine headache

If you are taking any of these medications, taking a medicine containing the chemical methylene blue could result in the body producing high levels of serotonin within your body. Contact your physician immediately when you experience symptoms of this condition, such as disturbance, hallucinations, tremors, fever, a rapid heart rate, hyperactive reflexes, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, loss of coordination, and feeling faint.

Numerous drugs may be incompatible with this medication. It is not possible to list all the interactions included here. In addition, hyoscyamine could cause problems with the body's ability to take in other drugs you consume by mouth. Inform your doctor of the medications you take and those you begin or stop using, including:

  • Diuretic, also known as a "water pill";
  • Drugs that alter the ph that your urine has sodium bicarbonate, potassium citrate, sodium citrate, citric acid, and potassium
  • Bladder or urinary medicines—darifenacin, fesoterodine, oxybutynin, tolterodine, solifenacin;
  • A sulfa drug.

This list isn't complete, and other drugs may interact with Urelle. This includes prescription and over-the-counter medications, vitamins, and herbal remedies. Make an inventory of all your medications for any health professional who will treat you.
