How to take Ryzolt?
Follow the directions on your prescription label. Please follow all the instructions on the prescription label. Tramadol may cause breathing problems, particularly when you first start taking it or change your dosage. Ryzolt should never be taken in higher doses or for a longer period of time than prescribed. If the medication does not seem to be working as well, tell your doctor. Ryzolt is taken either with or without food. However, it must be taken the same way every time. Ryzolt extended-release tablets should not be crushed or broken. Avoid exposure to a potentially deadly dose by swallowing the tablet whole. Do not crush or break Ryzolt pills to inhale powder or mix them into liquids to inject into veins. Tramadol and other prescription drugs have been fatally misused. It is possible that the Ryzolt tablet shell will pass through your stools. This is not a sign that your medicine dose has been inadequate. If you suddenly stop taking Ryzolt, you may experience unpleasant withdrawal symptoms. Tramadol can be safely stopped by asking your doctor. Store away from moisture and at room temperature to maintain quality storage conditions. Track the amount of medicine you use from each bottle. Tramadol can be abused, so you need to know if someone is taking your medicine without a prescription or improperly.
What happens if I miss the dose?
As soon as you realize what has occurred, immediately take the missed dose. However, if your next scheduled dosage is rapidly approaching, skip it in favor of taking additional medicine in an attempt to make up for missed dosage. Doing otherwise would result in further adverse consequences and could even increase health risks.
