Side Effects of GenTeal Tears Night-Time

If you experience any of the following signs and symptoms of an allergic reaction: difficulty breathing, hives or swelling to lips, face, tongue or throat - seek medical help immediately!

If you experience:

  • After using the medication, you may experience severe eye irritation, burning, stinging, or irritation.

How to take GenTeal Tears Night-Time?

Read all instructions or guides that come with your medication and follow all directions. Follow the directions on the label. GenTeal Tears nighttime should be used only after washing your hands. GenTeal Tears nighttime should not be used. Call your pharmacist immediately if you notice that the medicine has become cloudy or changed color. Avoid touching or placing directly onto your eye with the tip.The tip of the eye dropper or ointment tube can cause serious vision problems if it is contaminated. If your symptoms don't improve or worsen while using GenTeal Tears, call your doctor. Store away from heat and moisture at room temperature.

What happens if I miss the dose?

GenTeal Tears are used as needed. You can skip any missed dose if you have a regular dosing schedule. Never use two doses in one go.

What happens if I overdose?

Overdoses of ocular moisturizer are not dangerous. Should someone accidentally consume medicine by mistake, call 1-800-222-1222 or the Poison Help Line immediately for medical attention.
