What is Diurex Aquagels?

Diurex Aquagels are diuretics (water pills). It increases urination. Diurex Aquagels can be used to treat water weight gain, bloating, and swelling. Diurex Aquagels can be used in other ways not mentioned in this guide.

Side Effects of Diurex Aquagels

Symptoms of an allergic reaction that should prompt immediate medical intervention include hives, difficulty breathing and swelling in lips, face, tongue or throat.

Some of the common side effects associated with Diurex Aquagels include:

  • Gold-colored urine is a normal side effect and does not indicate any cause for alarm.

How to take Diurex Aquagels?

Do not exceed the recommended dosage or duration. Use only the recommended dosage and do not go beyond it. Start taking Diurex Aquagels at least 5 to 6 days prior to your period. Continue to use the medication until symptoms are relieved or your period is over. Take no more than four doses within 24 hours. Diurex Aquagels should be taken with 6–8 glasses of water per day. Diurex Aquagels may cause you to urinate a lot more than normal. This is an indication that the medication is working. If your symptoms don't improve within 10 days, stop taking Diurex Aquagels. Call your doctor. Store away from moisture or heat at room temperature. Remove the blister until you're ready to use the medicine.

What happens if I miss the dose?

Diurex Aquagels are used as needed and may not have a schedule. If you have a regular schedule, take the missed dose as quickly as you can. If your next scheduled dosage is approaching, skip the missed dose. You should not take extra medicine to compensate for a missed dose.

What should be avoided?

Interaction with other drug

Pamabrom may interact with other drugs, such as prescription and over-the-counter medicines, vitamins, and herbal products. Inform your healthcare providers of all the medicines you are taking and those you plan to take.
