What is Dermarest Plus Anti-Itch?

Dermarest Anti-Itch is an anti-itch steroid used to relieve itching and inflammation due to skin disorders. There are many different brands and types of hydrocortisone topical. This leaflet does not list all brands currently available. Dermarest Plus Anti-Iitch can be used in other ways not mentioned in the medication guide.

Side effects of Dermarest Plus Anti-Itch

When experiencing any of the following signs and symptoms of an allergy reaction: difficulty breathing, hives or swelling to lips, face throat or tongue

Dermarest Plus Anti-Itch may cause serious side effects. Contact your doctor immediately if:

  • Skin conditions are worsening;
  • Redness, heat, swelling, oozing, or severe irritation on any skin treated
  • High blood sugar: increased thirst and increased urination Dry Mouth Fruity Breath Odor;
  • Possible signs that Dermarest Plus Anti-Iitch is being absorbed through the skin are: weight gain, especially in the face, upper back, and torso; slow wound healing. Increased body hair. nausea. diarrhea. Tiredness.

Before you take this drug

If you have an allergy to Dermarest Plus Anti-Itch, then it is best not to use the product.

If you've ever:

  • Any type of skin infection
  • A skin reaction after taking steroid medication;
  • Liver Disease
  • An adrenal gland disease is a disorder.

Steroids can cause sugar levels to increase in the blood and urine. Inform your doctor that you suffer from type 2 diabetes. Dermarest Plus Anti-Iitch should not be given to children younger than two years of age without consulting a doctor. Consult your doctor before taking this medication if you're pregnant or nursing. Avoid areas where the mouth of a baby may be in contact with Dermarest Plus Anti-Itch.

How to take Dermarest Plus Anti-Itch?

Follow the instructions on the packaging or those prescribed by your physician. Take it only by mouth.Topical medicines must only be applied directly to the skin. Please read and follow all instructions for use that come with your medication.If the instructions do not make sense to you, consult your pharmacist or doctor immediately. You should wash your hands both before and after you use hydrocortisone if it is not being used to treat your skin. Rub a thin layer on the affected skin. You should not use this medication to cover a wide area of the skin unless you have been told by your doctor. Cover the area of skin that has been treated only if your doctor says so. The amount of medicine that is absorbed by your skin can be increased if you cover the treated area. This may have harmful side effects.

Before each use, shake the spray and hydrocortisone thoroughly. Use only loose-fitting or plastic diapers if you're treating your diaper area. If your symptoms do not improve or worsen in seven days, stop taking hydrocortisone and contact your healthcare provider immediately. Keep out of reach of heat and moisture; store at room temperature. When not in use, keep the bottle tightly sealed when not being stored at this location.

What happens if I miss the dose?

If you are close to your next dose, skip the missed one. Never apply two doses at once.

What happens if I overdose?

If anyone accidentally swallows the medicine, seek emergency medical care or contact the Poison Help Line at 1-800-222-1222. Dermarest Plus Anti-Itch is not recommended for use in high doses. This can cause thinning of the skin or bruising. It may also lead to changes in body weight (especially on your neck, face, and back), acne, facial hair growth, impotence, or a loss of sexual interest.

What should be avoided?

Dermarest Plus Anti-Iitch should not be used to treat skin conditions that have not been examined by your physician. Avoid getting Dermarest Plus anti-itch into your eyes. In the event that contact occurs, wash with water.

Interaction with other drug

Other medications taken orally won't interfere with the topical treatment prescribed to your skin.Many drugs interact. Inform your health care providers of all the medicines that you take, including prescriptions and over-the-counter medicines, vitamins, and herbs.
