What is Andehist DM NR Syrup?

Brompheniramine can be used as an antihistamine. Dextromethorphan is an effective cough suppressant. Pseudoephedrine has been proven to be an anti-congestant.Andehist DM Syrup for NR is a combination medication that treats congestion, cough, or runny nose, sneezing, or eyes that are watery due to allergic reactions or the common cold.Andehist DM Syrup NR may be used for other purposes that are not mentioned in this guide.

Side effects of Andehist DM NR Syrup

See a doctor immediately. Get medical attention immediately if you notice symptoms that indicate an allergic reaction, like hives, trouble breathing, and swelling of your lips, face, and tongue.

This medicine could trigger severe adverse consequences. Take this medicine off and contact your doctor immediately if you experience:

  • Hallucinations;
  • A seizure;
  • Urination that is painful or difficult
  • An euphoric feeling, similar to when you're about to pass out.
  • Rapid heartbeats or fast beats;
  • Weak, pale, bleeding or bruising the fever chills, pale skin body aches, pale skin;

Before you take this drug

It is not recommended to use this medicine if there is an allergy to brompheniramine or pseudoephedrine. Also, if you suffer from:

  • Extremely excessive blood pressure high blood pressure;
  • Extremely coronary arterial condition (clogged blood vessels).

Do not take andehist nrs syrup if you've taken an mao inhibitor within the last 14 days. A risky drug interaction may occur. Mao inhibitors are isocarboxazid linezolid, methylene blue injection phenelzine, and tranylcypromine.

Contact your physician if you have experienced:

  • Asthma or copd (chronic opd);
  • A cough that is mucus-filled or a cough triggered through smoking asthma, a cough, or an emphysema;
  • An obstruction within your digestive tract (stomach or the intestines);
  • An obstruction in the bladder or other urinary problems;
  • High blood pressure and coronary disease;
  • Glaucoma;
  • Diabetes
  • Thyroid that is overactive.

How to take Andehist DM NR Syrup?

Follow all instructions on your prescription label, and go through all medication guides or instructions sheets. Make sure you use the medicine exactly as prescribed.Follow the directions carefully when administering this medication to children. Do not use this medication to make children restless. Misuse of this medication could result in death for extremely young children.Use the device that comes with it (not the kitchen spoon).Contact your physician if your symptoms don't get better within 7 days or if you experience a headache, fever, itchy rash, or headaches.If you require an operation or tests for medical reasons, notify your doctor in advance when you've had this medication in the past few days.Close tightly to keep at a room temperature far from heat and humidity.

What happens if I miss the dose?

Andehist DM NR Syrup can be utilised when it is needed. If you're on a schedule for dosing, you should skip missed doses. Don't take two doses at once.Do not exceed six doses within 24 hours.

What happens if I overdose?

What should be avoided?

Your reaction could be affected.Avoid getting dehydrated or too hot when exercising and during hot temperatures. This medication can reduce sweating and leave you more susceptible to suffering from heat stroke.Alcohol consumption with this medicine may cause unwanted side effects.

Interaction with other drugs

Talk to a pharmacist or doctor prior to using any other medication that can result in a feeling of drowsiness (such as opioids such as sleep medicine, muscle relaxers, or medication to treat anxiety as well as seizures).
