Other names include Spotted Elder and Virginiana Witch Hazel. Witch hazel liquid is made from dried leaves, bark, and twigs.In alternative medicine, Hygenic Cleansing Pads (for the Skin) have been found to be an effective treatment for hemorrhoids and minor skin irritation.Hygenic Cleansing Pad is also used to treat eczema.
