Camphor and menthol may cause mild burning or cooling sensations when used, which should reduce over time with continued usage of their products. If it becomes severe, wash with warm soapy water immediately for best results. Do not cover treated skin with heating pads or bandages as this could compromise its integrity and the results may become unpredictable. It should not be applied within 30 minutes after taking a shower or bath. If your symptoms don't improve within 7 days or you experience fever, headache, or skin rashes; or if pain continues or vanishes and reappears after several days; seek medical help immediately. Store items away from moisture or heat at room temperature in an inaccessible place such as the cupboard. Direct sunlight should also be avoided as should heat sources such as stovetops. Empty canisters should never be punctured or burned as this would compromise their integrity and damage them over time.
What happens if I miss the dose?

What happens if I overdose?
Overdoses of men-phor are not considered dangerous. If anyone accidentally swallows the medication, seek emergency medical care or call Poison Help at 1-800-222-1222.
