Patients who do not tolerate botulinum toxins:
Lower initial doses of a drug are recommended.
The dosage should be adjusted based on the patient's response.
-Duration: 12-16 weeks (at doses ranging from 5000-10000 Units)

Use: Reduces the severity of neck pain and abnormal head positions associated with cervical dystonia.
Adult dose for sialorrhea:
Initial dose: 1500–3500 units divided between the parotid glands and submandibular ducts
Parotid: 500–1500 units per gland
Submandibular: 250 units per gland
The patient's response should determine the next dose. The typical duration of each treatment can be up to three months, but it may vary from one individual to another.
