What is Aurovela 24 Fe?

Aurovela 24 Fe can be described as a birth control medication that contains feminine hormones that prevent the process of ovulation (the release of eggs from the ovary). The medication can also cause changes to your cervical mucus and uterine lining, making it more difficult for sperm cells to get into the uterus as well as making it harder for fertilised eggs to connect to your uterus.Aurovela 24 Fe is used as a contraceptive to avoid pregnancy. Aurovela 24 Fe can also be employed to address moderate acne in women who are at least 15 years old, are beginning menstrual cycles, and want to use birth hormone pills to control their periods. There are numerous brands of ethyl estradiol, along with norethindrone. The brands mentioned are not all available in this leaflet.Aurovela 24 Fe may also be used to treat conditions that are not mentioned in this guide.

Side effects of Aurovela 24 Fe

This medication could cause severe adverse effects. Stop taking this medicine and contact your doctor immediately if you experience:

• Indications of symptoms of a stroke—sudden weakness or numbness, extreme headache, or slurred speech issues with balance or vision;
• Symptoms that a blood clot has formed inside the lung: chest pain, a rapid and loud cough or breath shortness, fainting, or vomiting up blood;
• Indications for a blood clot within the body, such as pain or swelling on one side of the leg.
• Heart attack symptoms include chest pressure or pain, pain that spreads to your shoulder or jaw, nausea, and sweating.
• Liver issues: swelling around the midsection area, left-sided stomach pain, weight loss, dark urine, clay-coloured stool, jaundice (yellowing of the eyes or skin);
• Increased blood pressure, severe headache, blurred vision, and pounding in your neck or ear
• Depression: mood changes and feelings of self-worth devaluation losing interest in the things you loved, new sleep issues, and thoughts of hurting yourself
• Swelling in your ankles, hands, or feet, or an enlargement of your breast;
• An alteration in the severity, pattern, or severity.

Common adverse negative effects from aurovela 24 fe may include:

• Nausea, vomiting;
• Breast tenderness or bleeding from the breast

Warnings

Do not take birth control pills if you're pregnant or have had a recent baby.You shouldn't take a birth control pill if you suffer from high blood pressure that is not controlled, heart disease, coronary arterial disease, circulation issues (especially those associated with diabetes), undiagnosed vaginal bleeding, liver disease, cancer, or severe migraine headaches when you are also taking certain hepatitis C medication, if you are scheduled for major surgery, if you smoke and you are older than 35, or if you have had a heart attack, stroke, blood clot, jaundice triggered by birth control pills or breast cancer vagina, uterus/cervix, or uterus.Smoking, particularly if you are over 35 or are taking birth control pills, can increase the chances of developing blood clots, strokes, and heart attacks.

Prior to using this drug

Birth control pills may increase the risk of stroke, blood clots, and heart attacks. You're more at risk if you suffer from diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, or are obese. The risk of having a stroke or blood clots is greatest when you are in your first year of using the birth control pill. The risk increases when you begin taking your birth control medication after not taking the pills for 4 weeks or more.Smoking increases the chance of having blood clots, strokes, or heart attacks that are caused by birth control drugs, specifically in those over 35 years old.Do not use it if you're expecting. Stop using Aurovela 24 Fe and tell your doctor immediately if you are pregnant or if you have missed two menstrual cycles in a row. If you've recently had an infant, you should wait at least four weeks before using birth medication to prevent pregnancy.

Do not use birth control pills when you suffer from:

• Untreated or uncontrolled blood pressure and heart diseases (chest pain and coronary artery disease; the history of a heart attack, stroke, or blood clot);
• An increased risk of developing blood clots as a result of an issue with the heart or hereditary blood disorder
• Issues with circulation (especially due to diabetes);
• A history of cancer related to hormones as well as cancers of the breast, vagina, uterus, or cervical
• Abnormal vaginal bleeding that hasn't been examined by the doctor;
• Cancer of the liver or liver;
• Extreme migraine headaches (with the appearance of numbness, aura, weakening of vision, or other changes), particularly those who are over 35 years old;
• An occurrence of jaundice that was caused by birth control pills
• If you smoke and are older than 35,
• If you take any hepatitis C medication containing ombitasvir, paritaprevir, or ritonavir with or without dasabuvir.

How do I take Aurovela 24 Fe?

Follow the directions on your prescription label, and go through all medication guides or instructions. What happens if I miss the dose?

Follow the instructions on the prescription label and take note of all medication guides and instructions sheets. The absence of a medication increases your likelihood of becoming pregnant.If you don't remember taking one active pill, you should take two pills the next day that you recall. Then, take one pill each day throughout the remainder of your pack.If you don't take two active pills in succession in the first or second week, you should take two pills daily for two days. Then, take one pill a day throughout the remainder of your pack. You should use backup birth control for at least 7 days after the missing pills.If you do not take two active pills during Week 3, toss away the remainder of the pack and begin a new pack the next day in case you are a Day 1 starter. If you're a Sunday-based starter, continue taking a pill each day up to Sunday. When you are done, take out the rest of your pack and begin a new one for the day.If you fail to take three active pills consecutively in the weeks of 1, 2, or 3, you should throw away the remainder of your pack and begin a new pack the following day if you're a day 1 starter. If you're a Sunday-based starter, continue taking a dose every day up to Sunday. On Sunday, toss out the rest of your pack and begin a new pack the following day.If you skip two or more active pills, you might not experience ovulation during the month. If you do not have two months consecutively, consult your physician because there is a possibility that you are pregnant.If you do not remember to take a reminder pill, throw it out and take one reminder pill each day until you have a full pack.

What happens if I overdose?

Get medical attention immediately or contact the Poison Help Line at 1-800-222-1222. An overdose can cause nausea and vaginal bleeding.

Aviod this

Avoid smoking when using birth control medications, especially if you are over 35 years old.Birth control pills won't safeguard you from sexually transmitted illnesses, including HIV and AIDS. The use of a condom is your only way to shield yourself from these illnesses.

Interaction with other drug

Discuss with your doctor any other medications you take, including:

• Rifampin;
• Troglitazone;
• Atorvastatin;
• Glecaprevir/pibrentasvir;
• Anticonvulsants (antiepileptics) like phenobarbital, phenytoin, and carbamazepine.
