What is Diclegis?
Diclegis is a delayed-release tablet that contains a combination of doxylamine and pyridoxine. Doxylamine can be described as an antihistamine that decreases the effects of the natural chemical histamine within the body. Pyridoxine is an ingredient that contains vitamin B6. Warnings
Do not take Diclegis if you've taken an MAO inhibitor within the last 14 days, like linezolid, isocarboxazid or methylene blue injection, or phenelzine rasagiline and selegiline, as well as tranylcypromine.

How to take Diclegis?

Usual Adult Dose for Nausea or Vomiting:
During Pregnancy:
2 tablets taken orally before sleep
Maximum dose: 4 tablets daily.
Comments: Take it daily, not on a regular basis.
What happens if I miss the dose?
Do not take the medicine for as long as you are able, but do not take any missed doses if it's close to the time of the next dose. Don't have two doses at one time.
Do not exceed 2 capsules or tablets within the span of 24 hours.
